This high-quality m.FLEX 512-PUR 2x1.5 flexible cable is the ideal solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. The cable is designed for operation in cable carriers, industrial robots and other applications where continuous movement and mechanical stress occur. Its construction ensures reliable operation even in extreme conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on multi-strand copper conductors of class 6, providing high flexibility. Insulation made of polypropylene (PP) and an outer jacket made of halogen-free polyurethane (PUR) guarantee high resistance to abrasion, cuts, tears, oils, UV radiation, ozone and many other chemicals. This makes the cable perfect for use in industry, including the oil and gas sector. A special braid wrapped around each layer (from 4 mm² without braid) further strengthens the construction and protects against mechanical damage.

The cable has a nominal conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm² and a nominal voltage U of 600 V. It is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (after installation) and from -30°C to +80°C during installation. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 7.6 mm. The conductors are identified with numbers for easy identification during installation.
