This two-core cable with halogen-free PUR insulation is the ideal solution for demanding industrial applications where flexibility, resistance to external factors and safety are crucial. The cable is designed for use in cable carriers, robotics and other constantly moving machine elements. Its construction and materials guarantee long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in extreme conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: a multi-wire copper core of class 6 provides high flexibility, and polypropylene (PP) insulation provides good electrical protection. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) is distinguished by its exceptional resistance to abrasion, cuts, tearing and the action of oils, chemicals, UV radiation and weather conditions. Thanks to the use of halogen-free materials, the cable meets high fire safety standards. Designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +90°C (flexibly) and from -30°C to +90°C (stationary), making it a versatile solution for a variety of applications.

The cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² and a rated voltage of 600 V is perfect as a control or power cable in industrial machines and equipment. The cores marked with numbers make it easy to connect correctly during installation. The cable is intended for both internal and external installations, as well as for use in wet and damp environments. Thanks to its high resistance to UV radiation, it can also be used outdoors.
