This high-quality PUR cable is designed for use in dynamic systems such as energy chains, where high flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, using multi-strand copper conductors class 6, providing high flexibility and resistance to bending. Polypropylene (PP) insulation minimizes friction, and the outer polyurethane (PUR) coating offers excellent resistance to abrasion, cuts, tears and aggressive chemicals – oils, acids, bases and many others. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire.
- Flexibility: The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C (flexible) and -30°C to +90°C during installation.

Parameters and applications
The cable has 30 cores with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², allowing for the transmission of control signals and power supply to devices. The rated voltage is 600 V, and the outer diameter is approximately 14.3 mm. The cores are numbered for easy identification. Thanks to UL/CSA certificates and resistance to drilling fluids (NEK TS 606), the cable is used in demanding industrial environments – from machine and robotics production to drilling platforms and chemical plants. This is particularly important where high reliability and durability of electrical connections in continuous motion are required.
