The cable is designed to operate in cable carriers, offering high resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a construction that provides high flexibility and durability. It is made of multi-wire copper conductors class 6, which guarantees high resistance to bending and twisting. The core insulation is made of special polypropylene (PP), and the outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, tears, and the action of oils, chemicals and UV radiation. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire. The cores are twisted in layers with an optimal pitch, and the jacket has low adhesion, which facilitates cable routing in energy chains.
This cable meets UL/CSA standards, confirming its high quality and safety. It is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +90°C (flexible) and -30°C to +90°C (stationary), at a rated voltage of up to 600V. The minimum bending radius is 5x cable diameter during flexible operation and 3x cable diameter for fixed installation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 5.8 mm.
