Flexible PUR cable for demanding applications

This grey flexible cable, identified as HELUKABEL MULTIFLEX 512-PUR, is a reliable solution for conducting wires in energy chains and in harsh industrial conditions. The cable is designed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C to +90°C, both in stationary and dynamic modes, making it an ideal choice for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to extreme temperatures. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a multi-wire strand construction (class 6), which provides exceptional flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The core insulation is made of special PP, and the outer jacket of halogen-free polyurethane (PUR), which increases safety and minimizes the emission of toxic substances in the event of a fire. The cores are twisted in layers with an optimal pitch, and from 3 cores there is a green-yellow protective core. Additionally, the cable is resistant to oils, UV radiation, ozone and many chemicals, which expands its range of applications.
