Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on multi-wire stranded copper conductors class 6 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), which ensures high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The core insulation made of special PP guarantees good electrical insulation. The cores are twisted in layers with an optimal pitch, and additionally secured with a special braid (from 4 mm² braid is missing). The outer jacket made of TMPU polyurethane (according to DIN VDE 0207-363-10-2/DIN EN 50363-10-2) is resistant to abrasion, cuts, tearing, and the action of oils, chemicals and UV radiation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7.4 mm.

This cable meets stringent UL/CSA standards (UL-Std. 758 Style 21209, CSA-Std. C22.2 No. 210), confirming its high quality and safety of use. It is also resistant to drilling fluids (according to NEK TS 606) and has DNV GL certification. This makes it suitable for the oil and gas sector and other demanding industries.
