This specialized cable, made of high-quality polyurethane (PUR), is designed for operation in demanding industrial environments, especially in cable carrier systems. Construction and properties

The m.FLEX 512-PUR cable is characterized by exceptional flexibility thanks to the use of a multi-wire copper conductor, class 6. The polypropylene (PP) insulation provides good resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage, and the special polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket guarantees high resistance to oils, UV radiation, ozone and other aggressive chemicals. The cores are twisted in layers with an optimal pitch, which minimizes the risk of interference and ensures stable signal transmission. In addition, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire.

Technical specifications and applications

The cable has 41 cores with a cross-section of 1 mm², which allows for the transmission of both control and power signals. The rated voltage is 600 V, and the outer diameter is approximately 22 mm. The cable is available in gray (RAL 7001) and has numbered cores for easy identification. Thanks to the DNV GL certificate, it is also approved for use on seagoing vessels and offshore platforms.
