This high-quality flexible cable, identified as HELUKABEL MULTIFLEX 512-PUR, is designed for use in harsh industrial conditions and beyond. The cable is distinguished by its exceptional resistance to external factors and high mechanical durability, making it an ideal choice for both professional installers and end users. The cable has UL/CSA certificates, confirming its compliance with strict safety standards.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on a multi-strand copper conductor of class 6, providing high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The core insulation is made of special polypropylene (PP), and the outer jacket of halogen-free polyurethane (PUR). This combination of materials guarantees resistance to oil, UV radiation, ozone, weather conditions and many other aggressive chemicals. Additionally, the cable is resistant to abrasion, cuts and tears.
This cable is available in gray (RAL 7001) and has four cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 8.7 mm. The rated voltage of the cable is 600 V, and the permissible operating temperature in flexible operation is from -30°C to +90°C, and in stationary operation from -40°C to +90°C. The cores are numbered for easy identification.
