This 5-core flexible cable, with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², is the ideal solution for applications requiring high mechanical strength and resistance to external factors. The m.FLEX 512-PUR cable, made of halogen-free polyurethane (PUR), is designed for use in cable carriers, robotics and other industrial applications where the cable is constantly bent and exposed to loads. Its construction and materials guarantee long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in extreme conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on multi-wire copper conductors of class 6, providing high flexibility. The cores are insulated with special PP, and their color scheme (black with white digit printing) makes identification easier. In addition, the cable has a yellow-green protective core (in the version with "G" in the designation), which increases safety. The outer jacket made of TMPU polyurethane provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, tearing, as well as to oils, chemicals, UV radiation and weather conditions. Thanks to this, the cable works perfectly both indoors and outdoors.

The cable meets UL/CSA standards, which confirms its high quality and safety. It is also resistant to drilling fluids (NEK TS 606), making it an ideal choice for the oil and gas sector. The low adhesion of the jacket makes it easy to route the cable in cable carriers and minimizes the risk of damage during movement. In addition, the materials used in production are halogen-free, which increases fire safety.
