Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides high mechanical and chemical resistance. Seven stranded copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², insulated with special polypropylene (PP), guarantee good conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are twisted in layers with an optimal pitch, and the whole is surrounded by a durable, halogen-free polyurethane (PUR) coating. PUR provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, tearing, oils, UV radiation and many other chemicals. Additionally, the cable is resistant to hydrolysis and microorganisms. The use of a halogen-free coating increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases.

The cable has a rated voltage of 600 V and is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (fixed installation) and from -30°C to +90°C (flexible connections). The minimum bending radius is 5x the cable diameter for dynamic applications and 3x the cable diameter for static installations. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 8.1 mm. Conductor identification is done using numbers printed on the insulation, which facilitates assembly and servicing.
