This high-quality HELUKABEL MULTIFLEX 512-PUR UL/CSA flexible cable, designed for use in energy chains, is the ideal solution for both professional installers and end users. It provides reliable operation in demanding industrial environments, and its construction guarantees long life and resistance to damage. The cable has UL/CSA certifications, confirming its compliance with strict safety standards.

Construction and properties

This cable is distinguished by its advanced construction, which provides exceptional flexibility and resistance to external factors. The stranded copper conductors, class 6 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), are insulated with special PP, which ensures good electrical insulation. The strands twisted in layers with an optimal lay length minimize the risk of interference. The whole is surrounded by a special PUR (TMPU type) polyurethane, which is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, cuts, tearing, and the action of oils, chemicals and UV radiation. The PUR coating is also halogen-free, which increases safety.

The cable is available in gray (RAL 7001) and has seven cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9 mm. The rated voltage is 600 V, and the permissible operating temperature in flexible operation is -30°C to +90°C, and in stationary operation -40°C to +90°C. The minimum bending radius is 5x cable diameter during flexible operation and 3x cable diameter for fixed installation.
