This high-quality flexible cable, catalog number 21585, is an ideal solution for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. The m.FLEX 512-PUR 7G1 cable, made of halogen-free polyurethane (PUR), is designed for use in cable carriers, robotics, and the oil and gas industry. Its construction and materials guarantee long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in extreme conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by seven stranded copper conductors, class 6, which provides high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The core insulation is made of special PP, and the black cores are clearly marked with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (in version G) arranged in the outer layer of the core. The outer jacket made of TMPU polyurethane provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, tearing, and exposure to oils, chemicals, UV radiation, and weather conditions. This makes the cable perfect for both indoor and outdoor installations.
