Cable for cable chains – reliability in motion

This specialized twisted-pair cable is designed to operate in demanding conditions with high mechanical stress and frequent bending. It is perfect for industrial applications, robotics, and machines and equipment exposed to dynamic loads. The use of high-quality materials guarantees long life and trouble-free operation.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides high flexibility and resistance to damage. Made of stranded copper conductors class 6, it provides excellent conductivity and resistance to bending. The conductors are insulated with PP and twisted in pairs, which minimizes electromagnetic interference. An additional shielding braid made of tinned copper wires protects against the influence of external interference, and the outer coating made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, oils, acids, alkalis and UV radiation. The whole is enclosed in a durable non-woven fabric cover.

The cable is halogen-free, which increases safety and minimizes the risk of toxic gases being released in the event of a fire. It is also resistant to weathering and UV radiation. The material used does not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that hinder painting.

Applications and benefits

The cable is ideal for use in cable chains, where it is exposed to continuous bending and high mechanical loads. It will work in robotics, construction machines, production lines and anywhere where high reliability and durability of electrical connections are required. Thanks to the shielding, it ensures stable signal transmission even in an environment with a high level of electromagnetic interference (EMC).

The cable has an outer diameter of 7.5 mm and contains 8 conductors with a cross-section of 0.25 mm². The rated voltage is 300 V. It is metered for convenient dispensing during installation.
