Highly flexible cable for demanding applications.

This flexible cable with a polyurethane (PUR) jacket is designed for use in harsh industrial environments. It features high resistance to abrasion, tearing, oils and coolants, making it an ideal choice for applications in machinery, construction, rolling mills and other demanding environments. Its construction provides high flexibility, simplifying and accelerating installation.

Construction and properties

This cable stands out with its solid construction, which guarantees reliable operation even in extreme conditions. It is made of multi-strand copper conductor with a cross-section of 10 mm², insulated with special TI2 PVC providing oil resistance and facilitating movement. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification. A non-woven fabric braid further strengthens the construction, and the outer polyurethane TMPU jacket provides protection against mechanical damage and weathering. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs.

• Resistance to external factors: The cable is resistant to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis, allowing it to be used in outdoor installations.
• Flexibility: Thanks to its fine-strand conductor construction, the cable is highly flexible, making it easy to lay even in tight spaces and chain installations.
• Chemical resistance: The special TI2 PVC insulation provides resistance to oils and coolants, which is particularly important in the machine industry.
• Safety: The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
• Temperature range: The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary operation) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible operation).
• Minimum bending radius: The cable's flexibility allows it to be laid with a small bending radius – 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter during stationary operation.
