PUR cable for cable conduits PURö-J-HF 1G25 mm² black cores numbered acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 15656
PUROE-J-HF flexible cable is a solution for demanding applications where reliability and durability are paramount. This cable stands out with its exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants, making it an ideal choice for the machinery industry, construction, as well as rolling and steel mills. The use of high-quality polyurethane (PUR) as the outer jacket provides long-lasting protection and flexibility of the cable, even in harsh conditions.
This flexible control cable with a cross-section of 25 mm² and a rated voltage of 500 V is particularly recommended for installation in places exposed to intense mechanical loads. Thanks to its construction, with twisted copper strands and PVC TI2 insulation, it provides excellent electrical properties and oil resistance. The cores marked with white numbers facilitate identification during assembly and servicing.
Construction features and application
The PUROE-J-HF cable has been designed with demanding applications in mind. Its construction includes:
- Copper core: stranded, very flexible (class 6), ensuring good conductivity and ease of installation.
- PVC TI2 insulation: resistant to oils and providing improved slip, which facilitates cable pulling.
- Non-woven fabric braid: increasing the mechanical strength of the cable.
- TMPU polyurethane outer jacket: providing high resistance to abrasion, tearing and weathering.
This cable works perfectly in outdoor installations and in energy chains (observing appropriate laying rules). It is also a good choice for applications requiring resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis.
Operating parameters and safety
The PUROE-J-HF cable is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures: from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -20°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. It has a test voltage of 4000 V and a breakdown voltage of at least 8000 V, which guarantees a high level of safety. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during dynamic operation and 4 x cable diameter during fixed installation. The product meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 10.4 mm.
