PUR cable for cable conduits PURö-JZ-HF 10G1,5 mm² black cores numbered acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 15581
Flexible cable for demanding applications
This 10-core flexible cable PUROE-JZ-HF 10G1.5 B.FLEX is a solution for installations where reliability and resistance to harsh conditions are crucial. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures long-term operation in demanding industrial, construction, and machine and equipment environments. Its construction is designed for high flexibility and abrasion resistance, making it an ideal choice for dynamic applications such as chain installations.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction: multi-strand copper conductors class 6 provide good conductivity and flexibility. PVC TI2 insulation guarantees resistance to oils and facilitates cable routing. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification, and a yellow-green protective conductor (in versions from 3 conductors) ensures safe use. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating that protects against mechanical damage, UV radiation and weathering.
- Durable PUR coating: Provides resistance to abrasion, tearing and the action of oils and coolants - ideal for industrial environments.
- Flexible conductors: Construction with fine-strand copper conductors class 6 ensures high flexibility, making installation easier even in tight spaces.
- Resistance to external conditions: Possibility of use in outdoor installations due to resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis.
- Wide temperature range: Operation at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible) guarantees reliability in various conditions.
- Safety: Protective conductor (depending on the number of conductors) increases safety.
- Easy identification: Black conductors with white numbers facilitate the identification of individual wires during installation and servicing.
Applications and compliance with standards
This cable is widely used in mechanical engineering, construction, rolling mills and steelworks - wherever high mechanical and chemical resistance is required. It is particularly recommended for chain installations due to its small bending radius and high flexibility. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12.6 mm with a conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm². The rated voltage is 500V.
