PUR cable for cable conduits PURö-JZ-HF 14G2,5 mm² black cores numbered acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 15626
Flexible cable PUROE-JZ-HF 14G2.5 is a high-quality control cable designed for demanding industrial applications. It is characterized by exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and machine coolants, making it an ideal choice for intensive use environments.
Construction and properties
This cable has 14 cores with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², made of un-tinned stranded copper, providing high flexibility. The cores are insulated with special TI2 PVC, resistant to oils and ensuring easy movement of the cables. Black cores are numbered for easy identification, and a yellow-green protective core is also available in the standard version. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, which provides resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis. This allows the cable to be used both indoors and outdoors.
Applications
This cable is widely used in:
- Mechanical industry – especially where high mechanical and chemical resistance is required.
- Construction and installations – as a control cable in difficult conditions.
- Rolling mills and steelworks – where it is exposed to high mechanical and chemical loads.
- Chain installations – thanks to its high flexibility and abrasion resistance.
- Outdoor installations – due to its resistance to weather conditions.
Additionally, this cable performs well in composting installations and in applications with high cable speeds - however, in such cases, it is recommended to consult with a HELUKABEL Polska Sp. z o.o. specialist.
Technical parameters and operating range
The cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 500 V and a core cross-section of 2.5 mm². Its outer diameter is approximately 16.5 mm. The operating temperature range (flexible) is from -20°C to +80°C, and (stationary) from -40°C to +80°C. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for stationary operation. The cable exhibits radiation resistance up to 100 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU. It is a reliable and safe product to use, which will meet the expectations of even the most demanding installers and end users.
