Flexible cable for demanding applications
This 21-strand flexible PUROE-JZ-HF cable is a solution for installations where reliability and resistance to harsh conditions are paramount. Made from high-quality materials, it ensures safe and long-lasting operation in various industrial and construction environments. Its construction is designed for intensive use, and its flexibility makes installation easier even in tight spaces.
Construction and properties
The cable features a robust construction utilizing stranded copper conductors (class 6), providing exceptional flexibility. PVC TI2 insulation guarantees resistance to oils and abrasion, while the polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket protects against mechanical damage and weathering. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors), increasing safety.
- Exceptional flexibility: thanks to the stranded copper construction, the cable bends and lays easily, significantly speeding up installation.
- Abrasion and tear resistance: ideal for use in energy chains and moving installations.
- Chemical resistance: PVC TI2 insulation and PUR coating provide resistance to oils, coolants and other chemicals found in industry.
- Wide temperature range: the cable retains its properties at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (flexibly -20°C to +80°C), allowing it to be used in various environmental conditions.
- UV resistance: enables use of the cable in outdoor installations without fear of material degradation.
- Safety: the presence of a protective conductor provides additional protection against electric shock.
Applications and compliance with standards
The PUROE-JZ-HF cable is widely used in:
- Mechanical industry (e.g. in industrial robots, conveyors).
- Construction and installations (e.g. in building automation systems).
- Rolling mills and steelworks (in places exposed to high mechanical loads).
- Outdoor installations (thanks to UV resistance).
- Chain systems – where high flexibility and abrasion resistance are required.
The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. This is a guarantee of safety and reliable operation. Metered cable makes it easy to precisely adjust the length to the needs of the installation.
