Flexible cable for demanding applications
This 25-core flexible PUROE-JZ-HF cable is a solution designed for industrial environments and applications requiring exceptional mechanical and chemical resistance. Made from high-quality materials, this cable ensures reliable operation even in harsh conditions. The cable is characterized by its high flexibility, which facilitates installation, especially in dynamic systems such as energy chains.
Construction and properties
The cable stands out with its solid construction. Multi-strand, flexible copper cores (class 6) provide good conductivity and resistance to material fatigue. PVC TI2 insulation guarantees resistance to oils and abrasion, and the polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket protects against the effects of weathering and mechanical damage. The cores are black with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 cores onwards).
A key feature of the cable is its resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance free. The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C continuously and from -20°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The rated voltage is 500V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 13.6 mm.
