PUROE-JZ-HF 25G0,75 flexible cable is a high-quality control cable designed for demanding industrial applications. It features exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants, making it an ideal solution in harsh working conditions. Made of stranded copper, it has PVC TI2 insulation providing excellent oil resistance.
Construction and design features
This cable stands out with its careful construction, which guarantees reliability and long-term operation. Stranded copper cores provide the flexibility necessary for frequent bending and movement. The cores are black and numbered for easy identification. A fleece braid provides additional protection against mechanical damage, and a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket ensures resistance to abrasion and weathering. The whole is wrapped in a gray jacket (RAL 7001).
Application and benefits
This cable is widely used in mechanical engineering, construction, installations in rolling mills and steel plants, and in places exposed to particularly intensive use. Thanks to its flexibility, it is perfect for chain installations (robotics), where continuous bending and movement of the cable are necessary. The possibility of use outdoors increases its versatility.

It has 25 cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm². The rated voltage is 500 V, and the outer diameter is approximately 15.3 mm. The outer jacket is made of polyurethane (PUR), and the core insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The minimum bending radius during dynamic operation is 7.5 x cable diameter, and during stationary operation – 4 x cable diameter. Insulation resistance is minimum 20 MOhm x km.
