PUR cable for cable conduits PURö-JZ-HF 25G1,5 black wires numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334 15586
Flexible cable for demanding applications
This 25-core flexible PUROE-JZ-HF cable is a solution for installations where reliability and resistance to harsh conditions are crucial. The cable is designed for intensive use, especially in mechanical engineering, construction, and environments exposed to oils and coolants. Its flexibility simplifies installation, and its robust construction ensures long-term operation.
Construction and properties
The cable features a solid construction using high-quality materials. Copper, stranded and twisted conductors ensure good conductivity and flexibility. PVC TI2 insulation guarantees oil resistance, and a fleece braid further strengthens the structure. The whole is surrounded by a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket, which protects against abrasion, tearing, and weathering. The cores are black with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a protective conductor (PE).
- Mechanical strength: Resistant to abrasion and tearing – ideal for use in energy chains and moving installations.
- Chemical resistance: Special PVC TI2 insulation provides resistance to oils and machine coolants.
- Flexibility: Construction with fine-wire cores simplifies installation and laying of the cable even in tight spaces.
- Wide temperature range: Possibility of operation at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible).
- Safety: Compliant with Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
- UV resistance: Possibility of use in outdoor installations thanks to UV resistance.
Technical parameters and application
The cable has a cross-section of 1.5 mm² and a rated voltage of 500 V. Its outer diameter is approximately 18.6 mm. Thanks to these parameters, it is perfect for applications requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors – both in fixed and moving installations. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for stationary laying, allowing for easy installation even in tight spaces. Remember to follow the rules for laying cables in energy chains – read the instructions before installation!
