Robust control cable for demanding industrial applications

This flexible PURÖ-JZ-HF 32G1 cable is a reliable solution for transmitting control signals in harsh conditions. It is designed for intensive use in machine building, construction, rolling mills and steelworks, where it is exposed to abrasion, tearing and contact with oils and coolants. Its exceptional resistance and flexibility make it ideal for use in energy chains and outdoor installations.

Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation

The cable is characterized by a solid construction that guarantees reliable operation even in extreme conditions. It is made of stranded copper conductors, insulated with special oil-resistant TI2 PVC, surrounded by a fleece braid and covered with a TMPU polyurethane jacket. This combination of materials provides high resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone, hydrolysis and microbiological degradation. Additionally, the cable does not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The cable conductors are black with white numbering for easy identification. A version with a yellow-green protective conductor (G) or without it (x) is also available.

Key parameters and scope of applications

The cable has a working voltage of 300/500 V and a working temperature range of -40°C to +80°C (flexible -20°C to +80°C). The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible routing and 4 x cable diameter for fixed routing. Thanks to these parameters, the cable performs perfectly in applications requiring frequent bending and movement. It complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs.
