PUR cable for cable conduits PURö-JZ-HF 34G 1.5 cores black numbered acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 15588
Robust control cable for demanding conditions
This flexible PURÖ-JZ-HF 34G cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² is the ideal solution where reliability and resistance to damage are paramount. The cable is designed for harsh working conditions, such as mechanical engineering, construction, installations in rolling mills and steelworks, as well as in places exposed to intense abrasion and contact with oils – especially coolants. Its construction provides high flexibility, which facilitates and speeds up installation.
The cable is distinguished by its high resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis, allowing it to be used both indoors and outdoors. Thanks to the special polyurethane (PUR) coating, it is exceptionally resistant to abrasion and tearing, and is also characterized by a small bending radius – making it an excellent choice for chain installations.
Construction and user parameters
The cable is made of high-quality materials: copper multi-wire conductors (class 6), TI2 oil-resistant PVC insulation and a fleece braid for additional protection. The outer jacket made of TMPU polyurethane provides high flexibility and abrasion resistance. The rated voltage of the cable is 500 V, and the permissible operating temperature is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 20.8 mm.
- Exceptional flexibility: Enables quick and easy installation even in tight spaces.
- Oil resistance: Ideal for use in mechanical engineering and other places exposed to contact with lubricants.
- Weather resistance: Can be used both indoors and outdoors thanks to its resistance to UV radiation, oxygen and ozone.
- Durable construction: Ensures long life and reliable operation even in demanding conditions.
- Easy core identification: Black cores with white numbers make it easy to connect the cable correctly.
- Safety: Complies with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
Remember to follow the rules for laying cables in energy chains and to familiarize yourself with the instructions before using the cable in installations in cable ducts. For unusual applications, we recommend consulting with the specialists at HELUKABEL Polska Sp. z o.o..
