Highly durable control cable for demanding applications. This flexible PURÖ-JZ-HF 34G0,5 cable is the ideal solution where resistance to abrasion, tearing and oil exposure is crucial. The use of high-quality polyurethane (PUR) as the outer jacket guarantees reliability in harsh industrial, construction and chainstay installations. The cable is designed for intensive use and long-term operation.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of 34 copper strands, twisted into a 0.5 mm² cross-section, insulated with special PVC TI2 providing excellent oil resistance and facilitating movement. The strands are black with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 strands). The construction also includes a fleece braid for reinforcement and a gray (RAL 7001) polyurethane TMPU outer jacket. This makes the cable exceptionally flexible and resistant to mechanical damage.
