Robust control cable for demanding conditions

This flexible PURÖ-JZ-HF 34G1 cable is the ideal solution where standard cables fail. Designed for use in harsh industrial environments, it is characterized by exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants. It will be useful in construction, machine installations, rolling mills and steelworks – anywhere where reliability and durability are required. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to your needs.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed of 34 stranded copper conductors (class 6) insulated with special TI2 PVC providing oil resistance. The conductors are numbered for easy identification. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating, which guarantees flexibility even at low temperatures and provides resistance to UV, oxygen and ozone. The protective conductor (yellow-green) provides additional safety.

• Exceptional flexibility: thanks to the construction with thin strands, the cable bends easily, making installation easier even in tight spaces and in energy chains.
• Resistance to external factors: the polyurethane coating protects against the influence of oils, greases, solvents and UV radiation.
• Wide temperature range: the cable retains its properties at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary operation) and from -20°C to +80°C (dynamic operation).
• Safety: the presence of a protective conductor minimizes the risk of electric shock.
• Durability: the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

Applications and technical parameters

This cable is perfect for applications requiring high flexibility and mechanical resistance. Ideal for installation in energy chains, industrial robotics and all kinds of machines and equipment exposed to intensive use. The conductor cross-section of 1 mm² allows for the transmission of sufficient current for many control applications. The rated voltage is 500 V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 18.3 mm. The minimum bending radius during dynamic operation is 7.5 x cable diameter and during stationary operation 4 x cable diameter.
