Flexible control cable for demanding conditions

This high-quality flexible PUROE-JZ-HF 3G0.75 cable, with an outer diameter of 5.7 mm, is designed for use in harsh industrial environments and installations requiring high flexibility. Made of durable polyurethane (PUR), it ensures reliable operation even with intensive use. The cable is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants, making it an ideal solution for the machinery, construction, rolling mill, and steel industries.

Construction and properties

The cable has three copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with special TI2 PVC providing excellent oil resistance and facilitating movement. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) and a reinforced fiber braid for increased durability. The outer jacket made of TMPU polyurethane guarantees resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone, and hydrolysis. The cable is metered and available in gray (RAL 7001).

Applications and benefits

This cable is perfect for outdoor installations and in places exposed to mechanical damage and contact with chemicals. Its exceptional flexibility allows for quick installation, and the small bending radius predisposes it to use in chain installations. Thanks to the wide range of operating temperatures (-40°C to +80°C stationary and -20°C to +80°C during operation), it can be used in various environmental conditions. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone, cadmium, and paint-inhibiting substance-free. The rated voltage of the cable is 500 V.
