Construction and properties

The PURÖ-JZ-HF cable is designed with resistance to external factors in mind. Its construction is based on stranded copper conductors, which provide excellent conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are insulated with special TI2 PVC, resistant to oils and other chemicals. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating, which protects against abrasion, tearing and weather conditions. The conductors are black with white numbers, which facilitates identification during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (in 3-core and more versions), providing extra safety.

Technical data

The cable has a conductor cross-section of 1 mm², rated voltage of 500 V and an approximate outer diameter of 6.3 mm. It complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 standards, which guarantees its quality and safety. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying. Insulation resistance is minimum 20 MOhm x km and test voltage is 4000 V.
