Robust control cable for demanding applications

This flexible PURÖ-JZ-HF 41G1 cable is the ideal solution where exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing and oil exposure is required. It is suitable for use in mechanical engineering, construction, rolling and steel mills, as well as other critical environments. The cable is designed for easy and quick installation, thanks to its high flexibility and small bending radius. The possibility of outdoor use further increases its versatility.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-term reliability:

• Conductors: 41 copper strands, multi-wire (class 6) for high flexibility and bend resistance. Each conductor has a cross-section of 1 mm².
• Insulation: Made of high-quality PVC TI2, oil-resistant and providing excellent slip properties. Conductors are numbered for easy identification.
• Braid: Non-woven fabric for additional mechanical protection.
• Outer jacket: Durable polyurethane (PUR) TMPU, resistant to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis. Grey color (RAL 7001).
• Rated voltage: 500 V.
• Temperature range: Flexibly from -20°C to +80°C, stationary from -40°C to +80°C.
