Robust control cable for demanding applications

This 42-core flexible PUROE-JZ-HF cable is a solution for professionals and users who need a reliable conductor in harsh conditions. Designed for resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of machine oils and coolants, it is ideal for use in mechanical engineering, construction, rolling mills and steelworks. Its exceptional flexibility makes installation easier, and the small bending radius allows it to be used in energy chains.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction based on twisted copper cores, providing good flexibility and durability. The cores are insulated with special TI2 PVC, which provides resistance to oils and facilitates cable routing. A fleece braid provides additional protection against mechanical damage, and the outer polyurethane (PUR) coating guarantees resistance to abrasion, UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis. The cores are black with white number printing for easy identification. A version with a yellow-green protective core (marked as G) is also available.

Parameters and applications

The cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 500V and an ambient temperature of -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -20°C to +80°C during installation. The core cross-section is 1.5 mm², and the approximate outer diameter is 22.5 mm. Thanks to its properties, this cable is ideal for:
