PUR cable for cable conduits PURö-JZ-HF 42G0,5 black cores numbered acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 15534
Robust control cable for demanding conditions
This flexible PURÖ-JZ-HF 42G0.5 cable is the ideal solution for applications where resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants is important. Designed for use in mechanical engineering, construction, rolling mills and steelworks, as well as in places exposed to intense mechanical stress. Its exceptional flexibility simplifies and speeds up installation, and its high abrasion resistance makes it perfect for chain installations. The possibility of outdoor use further increases its versatility.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation. Made of multi-wire copper conductors (class 6), covered with TI2 oil-resistant PVC insulation. The conductors are marked with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) and a fleece wrap for reinforcement. The whole is protected by a gray (RAL 7001) outer sheath made of polyurethane (PUR), which provides high resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis. The material does not contain silicone, cadmium or paint-inhibiting substances.
- Flexibility: Thanks to the construction with fine-wire conductors, the cable is exceptionally flexible, making it easy to lay even in tight spaces.
- Resistance: The durable polyurethane jacket provides resistance to abrasion, tearing and the action of oils and coolants - crucial in mechanical engineering.
- Identification: Black conductors with white numbers make it easy to identify individual wires during installation and maintenance.
- Safety: PE protective conductor (from 3 conductors) provides additional safety.
- Wide temperature range: The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range - from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible).
- Outdoor use: Possibility of use outdoors due to weather resistance.
Technical parameters and compliance with standards
The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. It is designed to operate at 300/500V, and its insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for stationary laying. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing of the required length. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 16.4 mm with a conductor cross-section of 0.5 mm².
