Robust control cable for demanding applications

This flexible PURÖ-JZ-HF 4G0.75 cable, with an outer diameter of 6.5 mm, is designed for operation in harsh industrial environments. It is characterized by exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants – making it an ideal choice for machines, construction, rolling mills, and installations exposed to intensive use. This cable is particularly valuable where high flexibility and quick installation are required.

This cable stands out with its construction ensuring reliability and long service life. Made of multi-strand copper conductors (class 6) insulated with PVC TI2, it has black conductors with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, a yellow-green protective conductor (available from 3 conductors) ensures safe operation. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, resistant to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis.

Construction features and user parameters

This cable is designed for a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -20°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The rated voltage is 500 V, and the minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying. Thanks to this, the cable works perfectly in chain installations and in outdoor applications.

It is worth noting the low adhesion of the materials used in production – which facilitates cleaning and maintenance of the cable. Furthermore, these materials are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting. The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). The cable is metered, which makes it easy to precisely adjust the length to the needs of the installation.
