Flexible control cable for demanding applications

This flexible 500V cable, designated PUROE-JZ-HF 4G1.5, is a reliable solution for installations in areas exposed to intense mechanical stress and contact with chemicals. Designed for the machine industry, construction, as well as installations in rolling mills and steelworks, it provides durability and safety in critical conditions. The cable is characterized by exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants.

Construction and properties

The cable has a construction that ensures high flexibility and ease of installation. It is made of multi-wire copper conductors (class 6) insulated with special oil-resistant PVC TI2. The conductors are black with white numbering for easy identification. A fleece covering and a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket TMPU provide additional mechanical and chemical protection. The cable is metered and available in gray (RAL 7001).

• Durable insulation: Special PVC TI2 guarantees oil resistance and facilitates cable routing.
• Flexible conductors: Multi-wire construction of class 6 conductors ensures high flexibility, making installation easier even in tight spaces.
• Resistance to external conditions: The cable is resistant to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis, allowing it to be used in outdoor installations.
• Safety: It has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) to increase safety.
• Wide temperature range: Possibility of operation in the temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible).
• Small bending radius: Allows installation in places with limited space – the minimum bending radius is 4x the cable diameter for fixed laying and 7.5x the cable diameter during dynamic operation.
