This flexible 500V cable, designated PUROE-JZ-HF 4G2,5, is a reliable solution for use in harsh industrial and installation conditions. It is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants, making it an ideal choice for industries such as mechanical engineering, construction, rolling mills and steelworks. The cable is metered and has black wires with digital numbering for easy identification.

Construction and properties

The cable is designed for durability and flexibility. Its construction includes:

• Multi-wire copper conductors (class 6) providing good conductivity and flexibility.
• PVC TI2 insulation resistant to oils and facilitating cable movement.
• Braided fabric covering for additional mechanical protection.
• Durable outer polyurethane (PUR) cover resistant to abrasion, UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis.
• Yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors).

Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible). The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying.
