PUR cable for cable conduits PURö-JZ-HF 4G50 mm² black conductors numbered acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 15650
Robust control cable for demanding applications
This flexible PURÖ-JZ-HF cable with a cross-section of 4G50 is a reliable solution for use in harsh industrial environments. It is designed for high resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants, making it an ideal choice for industries such as automotive, construction, rolling mills, and steelworks. The cable is particularly recommended for chain installations where high flexibility and resistance to dynamic loads are required. The possibility of outdoor use further increases its versatility.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It is made of high-quality materials: multi-strand copper conductors (class 6), PVC TI2 insulation resistant to oils, and an outer polyurethane (PUR) jacket. The cores are numbered for easy identification during installation. A fleece braid provides additional mechanical protection. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor, ensuring safe use.
- Flexibility: Thanks to the construction with fine-strand cores, the cable is exceptionally flexible and easy to route, even in tight spaces.
- Chemical resistance: Special PVC TI2 insulation and PUR jacket provide resistance to oils, coolants, UV radiation, oxygen, ozone, and hydrolysis.
- Mechanical strength: Fleece braid and a robust PUR jacket protect the cable from mechanical damage and abrasion.
- Temperature range: The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible).
- Safety: It has a yellow-green protective conductor to increase safety.
- Compliance with standards: The product meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
Technical parameters and application
The cable has a cross-section of 50 mm², a rated voltage of 500 V, and an outer diameter of approximately 34.2 mm. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for dynamic laying and 4 x cable diameter for static laying. It is intended for internal and external installations. Thanks to its properties, it is perfect for applications requiring frequent bends and movements, such as:
- Power supply for industrial machines and equipment
- Installations in construction and building services
- Control cables in robotics
- Applications in energy chains
- Outdoor installations exposed to weather conditions
Please remember that when using the cable in specific conditions (e.g., composting installations), it is recommended to consult with a representative of HELUKABEL Polska Sp. z o.o.
