Flexible control cable for demanding applications

This high-quality PUROE-JZ-HF 5G6 flexible cable is designed for use in harsh industrial environments. It features exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, and oils and coolants, making it ideal for machines, construction, rolling mills and other demanding environments. This cable is particularly recommended for chain installations, where its high flexibility and small bending radius significantly speed up installation. The possibility of outdoor use further increases its versatility.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed with five 6 mm² cross-section conductors made of bare copper, stranded in fine wire (class 6). The conductor insulation is made of special TI2 PVC, providing excellent oil resistance and facilitating conductor movement. The conductors are marked with white numbers for easy identification, and the protective conductor (yellow-green) ensures safe use. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, resistant to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis. The cable is metered and available in grey (RAL 7001).

• Wide temperature range: the cable retains its properties at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary operation) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible operation).
• Safety: the presence of a yellow-green protective conductor ensures effective grounding and minimizes the risk of electric shock.
• Compliance with standards: the cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
