Robust control cable for demanding conditions

This 65-core flexible PUROE-JZ-HF cable is a solution designed for industrial applications where reliability and damage resistance are paramount. Designed to operate in harsh conditions, it is ideal for machine installations, construction, and environments exposed to oils and coolants. Its exceptional flexibility simplifies and speeds up installation, especially in chain systems.

Construction and properties

The cable features a solid construction based on stranded copper conductors, insulated with high-quality TI2 PVC. The conductors are black with white numbering, making identification easier during installation. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, providing resistance to abrasion, tearing and UV radiation. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance-free. This makes the cable safe to use and environmentally friendly.

Technical parameters and application

The cable has a conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm² and a rated voltage of 500 V. Its outer diameter is approximately 28.2 mm. The minimum bending radius during flexible operation is 7.5 x cable diameter, and 4 x cable diameter when laid permanently. Thanks to these parameters, the cable is perfectly suited for use in:
