Robust control cable for demanding applications

This 7-core flexible PUROE-JZ-HF cable with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² is a reliable solution for applications where resistance to abrasion, oils and extreme conditions is important. Made from high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and safe operation in machine building, construction, outdoor installations and harsh industrial environments. The cable is characterized by high flexibility, which facilitates and speeds up installation, especially in tight spaces and dynamic applications.

Construction and properties

The cable is designed for intensive use. Its construction is based on multi-wire copper conductors (class 6), which provide excellent flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. PVC TI2 insulation guarantees resistance to oils and coolants, and the polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket protects against mechanical damage, UV radiation and weathering. The cores are black with white numbers for easy identification, and the protective core is yellow-green.

The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for stationary operation. Insulation resistance is min. 20 MOhm x km and test voltage is 4000V.
