PUR cable for cable conduits PURö-JZ-HF 7G1 mm² black cores numbered acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 15560
Flexible control cable for demanding conditions
This 7-core flexible cable with a polyurethane (PUR) jacket is designed for applications where mechanical strength and resistance to external factors are crucial. It is perfect for use in mechanical engineering, construction, outdoor installations, and environments exposed to oils and coolants. Its flexibility simplifies installation, and its high abrasion resistance makes it an ideal choice for chain installations.
Construction and properties
The cable features a robust construction ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation. Multi-strand copper conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm² are insulated with special TI2 PVC, providing resistance to oils and facilitating cable routing. The cores are numbered for easy identification during installation and maintenance. A fleece wrapping and an outer TMPU polyurethane jacket further protect the cable from mechanical damage and weather conditions.
- Stranded copper cores, class 6 – guarantees flexibility and durability.
- TI2 PVC insulation – oil resistance and easy cable routing.
- Core marking with numbers – quick and precise identification.
- Polyurethane outer jacket – high resistance to abrasion, tearing and weathering.
- Resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis – suitable for outdoor installations.
- Silicone and cadmium free – environmentally friendly and compatible with various materials.
Operating parameters and compliance with standards
The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 500 V, and the minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying. It meets the requirements of Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). The cable is sold by the meter, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.2 mm.
