Flexible cable for industrial and other applications

This 7-core flexible cable PUROE-JZ-HF is a robust solution for demanding applications where durability and reliability are paramount. The cable stands out with its high resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the effects of oils and machine coolants, making it an ideal choice for the machine industry, construction, as well as rolling and steel mills. The use of a polyurethane outer jacket (PUR) provides long-lasting protection and resistance to external conditions.

Construction and properties

The cable is designed for intensive use. Made of multi-strand copper conductors (class 6), it provides good flexibility and ease of installation. PVC TI2 insulation guarantees resistance to oils and facilitates cable routing. The cores are black with white number printing for easy identification, and a yellow-green protective core (available from 3 cores) ensures safe use. A fleece braid further strengthens the cable construction.

This cable is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -20°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The rated voltage is 500V, allowing it to be used in various electrical installations. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis, which increases its durability in harsh environmental conditions. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12.6 mm.
