This flexible PURÖ-JZ-HF 7G4 cable is a reliable solution for use in harsh industrial environments. It is designed for high resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants, making it ideal for machines, construction, rolling mills and other demanding environments. The cable is metered and has 7 cores with a cross-section of 4 mm², providing versatility in various applications.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by an advanced construction ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation:
- Cores: Made of unannealed copper, stranded twisted, fine-wire (class 6 according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228). This ensures high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue.
- Insulation: Special PVC TI2 (DIN VDE 0207-363-3 / DIN EN 50363-3) with excellent oil resistance and improved slip properties.
- Core identification: Black cores with white numbers facilitate identification and improve installation safety. Yellow-green protective core (from 3 cores).
- Braid: Fabric provides additional mechanical protection.
- Outer jacket: Made of TMPU polyurethane (DIN VDE 0207-363-10-2 / DIN EN 50363-10-2), resistant to abrasion, tearing, UV radiation and weathering. Grey color (RAL 7001).
Technical parameters and operating range
The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 and offers a wide operating range:
- Rated voltage: 500 V
- Temperature range: Flexibly from -20°C to +80°C, stationary from -40°C to +80°C.
- Minimum bending radius: Flexibly 7.5 x cable diameter, when laid permanently 4 x cable diameter.
- Insulation resistance: min. 20 MOhm x km
- Outer diameter: approx. 15 mm
The cable is suitable for outdoor installations and is characterized by high resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. It complies with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE).
