PUR cable for cable conduits PURö-JZ-HF 8G1 mm² black conductors numbered acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 15561
PUROE-JZ-HF 8G1 flexible cable is a high-quality control cable designed for demanding industrial applications. It features exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants, making it an ideal solution in environments such as manufacturing plants, construction sites, rolling mills, and steelworks. Its flexibility simplifies and speeds up installation, especially in hard-to-reach places.
This cable has 8 cores with a cross-section of 1 mm², made of unannealed copper, twisted into a strand for maximum flexibility. The cores are insulated with special TI2 PVC, which provides oil resistance and facilitates cable movement. The cable color is gray outer jacket (RAL 7001) with black cores marked with white numbers – the numbering system simplifies the identification of individual conductors during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor.
The use of a polyurethane outer jacket (PUR) ensures high resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone, and hydrolysis. The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 500 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying. Thanks to these properties, the cable is also perfect for outdoor installations and in chain systems – however, when used in energy chains, the manufacturer's recommendations regarding cable routing must be followed.
- Exceptional flexibility: thanks to the construction with fine-stranded cores twisted into a strand.
- High mechanical resistance: to abrasion and tearing – ideal for working in harsh industrial conditions.
- Chemical resistance: to oils, coolants and other chemicals present in the industrial environment.
- Wide operating temperature range: allows the cable to be used in various climatic conditions.
- UV resistance: ensures cable durability even when exposed to sunlight.
- Easy core identification: thanks to black cores marked with white numbers.
- Compliance with standards: meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
