This flexible 2-core cable with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² is the ideal solution for applications where resistance to abrasion, tearing and oil exposure is important. Made from high-quality materials, it provides a reliable connection in harsh industrial conditions. The cable is characterized by high flexibility, which facilitates installation, especially in dynamic applications such as chain systems.

Construction and properties

The PURÖ-OZ-HF cable stands out with its solid construction ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. Multi-strand copper conductors of class 6 are insulated with special oil- and coolant-resistant PVC TI2. A fleece braid provides additional protection against mechanical damage, and the outer polyurethane (PUR) coating ensures resistance to UV radiation, ozone and hydrolysis. The grey color (RAL 7001) makes it easier to identify the cable in the installation.

Applications and technical parameters

This cable is widely used in mechanical engineering, construction, rolling mills and steelworks - wherever high reliability and resistance to harsh working conditions are required. Thanks to its small outer diameter (5.4 mm) and minimum bending radius (flexibly 7.5 x cable Ø), it is perfect for chain installations. It can be used at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -20°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The rated voltage U is 500 V. Conductor identification is done using numbers printed on the insulation.
