This flexible PURÖ-OZ-HF 7G0,5 cable is a reliable solution for applications where resistance to abrasion, tearing and oil exposure is important. Designed for the machine industry, construction, rolling mills and steel plants, as well as in areas subject to intensive use. Its flexibility facilitates quick installation, and the small bending radius makes it ideal for chain installations. The possibility of outdoor use further increases its versatility.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It is made of seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², insulated with special oil-resistant TI2 PVC. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification. In addition, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) and a fleece braid for reinforcement. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating in gray (RAL 7001), providing resistance to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and hydrolysis. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance free.

The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
