Flexible power cable for demanding conditions

This seven-core flexible cable, marked H07BQ-F, is designed to operate at 750V. It is characterized by high resistance to external factors and mechanical damage, making it an ideal choice for both professional installers and end users. The cable has a filling, which further increases its durability and safety. The orange PUR outer jacket provides good visibility and identification.

Construction and properties

The cable is designed for versatile use. Made of multi-wire copper conductor (class 5), insulated with EI6 rubber, it provides flexibility and reliable connections. Seven cores, including one yellow-green protective core, allow connection of various electrical devices. The outer jacket made of PUR (TMPU) guarantees resistance to abrasion, cuts, oils, gasoline, water and atmospheric factors - including UV radiation and ozone. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.

This cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range – from -50°C to +90°C (for fixed installation) and from -40°C to +80°C (for flexible operation). This makes it suitable for harsh industrial and construction conditions. The minimum bending radius is 3x the cable diameter for fixed installation and 5x the cable diameter for flexible operation.

Applications and compliance with standards

The H07BQ-F cable is used in agricultural tools and machinery, general-purpose electrical equipment, heaters (maintaining appropriate distances from heat sources), power tools and in building and dock installations. It can be used in both dry, damp and wet environments. The product meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). It is manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21.
