Flexible cable H07BQ-F is a reliable solution for powering devices in various conditions. Construction and properties

This cable features a robust construction. It has a multi-strand, flexible copper conductor class 5, insulated with an EI6 rubber compound. The conductors are color-coded for easy identification, and the outer jacket made of PUR (TMPU) provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, oils, gasoline, water, and weathering. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not contain substances that interfere with painting. This makes the cable safe for the environment and users.

The H07BQ-F cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C during flexible operation and from -50°C to +90°C in stationary mode. The maximum permissible conductor temperature is 90°C. The minimum bending radius is 5x the cable diameter during flexible operation and 3x for fixed installation. The radiation resistance reaches 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (100 Mrad), making it suitable for applications exposed to UV radiation.
