Flexible power cable H07BQ-F – reliability and versatility of applications
This orange H07BQ-F power cable with a cross-section of 3G16 and a voltage of 750V is a solid solution for a wide range of applications, both in home and industrial installations. Made of high-quality materials, it provides safe and efficient power transmission in various conditions. The cable is characterized by exceptional flexibility, which facilitates installation and routing in tight spaces.
Construction and properties
The cable is designed for durability and resistance to external factors. It has a multi-strand, copper core of class 5, ensuring good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The insulation is made of EI6 rubber, and the outer jacket of PUR TMPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), which guarantees high resistance to abrasion, cuts, oils, gasoline, water and UV radiation. The cores are color-coded according to DIN VDE 0293-308, and the outer core is yellow-green – this is the standard marking for the protective conductor. The twisted core construction with an internal sheath further increases safety.
This cable stands out with a wide range of operating temperatures: from -50°C to +90°C after installation and from -40°C to +80°C during flexible operation. The rated voltage U/U0 is 750/450V, and the test voltage is 2500V. The minimum bending radius is 5x the cable diameter during flexible operation and 3x for fixed installation. Additionally, the cable is resistant to radiation up to 100x106 cJ/kg (100 Mrad). The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.
Applications and compliance with standards
The H07BQ-F cable is used in agricultural tools and machinery, general-purpose electrical appliances (including heaters – provided there is no contact with hot elements), power tools, and in building and dock installations. It can be used in both dry, damp or wet environments and outdoors. It meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking) and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards. This is a universal cable ideal for professionals and demanding end-users.
