Flexible power cable for demanding conditions

This 5-core H07 BQ-F cable with a cross-section of 35 mm² is a robust solution for powering devices in various environments. Made from high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation even under medium mechanical loads. Its construction with EPR insulation and PUR jacket guarantees flexibility and resistance to external factors.

This cable is particularly useful in applications where high flexibility and resistance to damage are required – from agricultural tools and power tools to installations in buildings and outdoors. Thanks to its wide operating temperature range, it will perform well both in harsh weather conditions and in demanding industrial processes.

Construction and properties ensuring durability

The cable features a solid construction: it has uncolored, stranded copper conductors class 5 (flexible) and insulation made of EI6 rubber compound. The conductors are color-coded according to DIN VDE 0293-308, and the outer protective conductor is yellow-green. Twisted conductors with an inner sheath and an outer jacket made of PUR TMPU provide additional protection against mechanical and chemical damage.

Additionally, the cable is resistant to:

• Abrasion and cuts – this increases its durability in harsh working conditions.
• Oil, grease, gasoline, water and atmospheric factors – allows it to be used in various industrial and outdoor environments.
• Oxygen, ozone, UV radiation and hydrolysis – ensures long-term reliability even when exposed to harmful external factors.

The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting, which is important for safety and environmental protection.

Technical parameters for professionals

The cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 750 kV (U) and 450 kV (U0). It can be used in a temperature range from -40°C to +80°C during flexible operation and from -50°C to +90°C with fixed installation (without vibration). The maximum permissible conductor temperature is 90°C. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 36.2 mm. The minimum bending radius is 5x cable diameter during flexible operation and 3x cable diameter with fixed installation. The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21/ DIN EN 50525-2-21 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
