Construction and properties
The JZ-500 PUR cable is designed for demanding applications. Its construction is based on stranded copper cores, providing high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The core insulation is made of PVC, and the whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane jacket. This selection of materials guarantees resistance to abrasion, tearing, mineral oils (including machine coolants), UV radiation, and the action of bacteria and microorganisms. Additionally, the jacket surface is matte and has low adhesion, making it easier to lay cables in tight spaces.
This cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-1/DIN EN 50525-1 and has a rated voltage of 500V. It is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -15°C to +80°C during flexible operation. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x diameter for fixed laying. The core cross-section is 1.5 mm², and the outer diameter is approximately 12 mm. It is worth noting that the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium, or substances that interfere with painting.
