Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing and the action of mineral oils and coolants – making it indispensable in mechanical engineering, rolling mills or steelworks. Made of multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), insulated with PVC TI2, it provides good flexibility and easy installation. The cores are black with white numerical printing for easy identification. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) guarantees additional protection against mechanical damage and the influence of atmospheric factors. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-1/ DIN EN 50525-1 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU.

The JZ-500 PUR cable has a rated voltage of 500V and a core cross-section of 1 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 10.6 mm, which facilitates its routing in existing infrastructure. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible routing and 4 x diameter for fixed routing, allowing it to be adapted to specific installation needs. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km and the test voltage is 4000V, confirming the high quality of workmanship and safety. The material of the outer jacket is polyurethane (PUR), and the core insulation – polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The cable is available in grey (RAL 7001).
