JZ-500 PUR 18G1 cable is a flexible solution for applications where standard cables fail. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation even in harsh industrial conditions. The cable is characterized by exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of mineral oils and coolants, making it an ideal choice for industries such as: mechanical engineering, construction, rolling mills and steelworks.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed with 18 copper cores with a cross-section of 1 mm², insulated with PVC and surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating. The cores are twisted in parallel and numbered for easy identification. The flexible design ensures quick and easy installation, even in tight spaces. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone, hydrolysis and the action of microorganisms. The coating has a matte, low-adhesion finish. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance free.

Applications and technical parameters

JZ-500 PUR 18G1 cable is perfect for anywhere that requires high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Thanks to the rated voltage of 500V and the permissible operating temperature from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -15°C to +80°C (flexible), this cable can be used in a wide range of applications. The outer diameter of the cable is 12.9 mm. It complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-1/ DIN EN 50525-1 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for fixed installation.
